Namaste,
Exhale 2008 and breath in the New Year. Set your intention and purpose for the year ahead. Perhaps let go of your new years resolution and the preoccupation of being perfect.
Instead we practice with mindfulness, letting things be as they are without wanting them to be other than they are. As the Zen expression goes, "No snowflake ever lands in the wrong place." This is when real peace and ease can manifest in our life, moment by moment. And so we find joy in simplicity.
It doesn't matter what 'type' of yoga you practice, or whether you are a beginner or veteran yogi. Our intention it to help you find peace and physical & emotional healing that already exists within you. Stillness is a doorway to explore your mind and body and Breath is the link between these.
Please come as you are and simply receive at our neighborhood studio and meet current instructors Karen Corcoran and Kim Hudson. We are here to serve you and the community - please tell us what you want. And please feel free to forward our news on to others.
We have plenty of Yoga mats or you can buy your own at the studio.
Therapuetic massage services will begin later on in January or early February.

Om Shanti Peace
