We are excited to announce that we are moving to our new location at 84 Underpass Road in Brewster on May 1st. We'll offer not only Yoga & Massage, but Healing & Health Seminars, as well as a collection of herbs, vitamins, yoga clothes, et cetera... to support your path to health.
Join us during beautiful Brewster In Bloom weekend. We'll have our regularly scheduled classes for the month of May starting Friday 5/1 including Vinyasa, Kundalini, Meditation, Gentle Yoga and many more...... We'll also offer
During the weekend, we'll also hold a drum circle Saturday night, Free Dance Classes, Chair Massages, and a "Healing with Herbs" seminar on Sunday afternoon.
Please note that we are closing our old studio on Millstone Road and there will be no classes on Wed or Thursday. See you Friday at our new space. Come on down and join us!
